Credit card and Paypal bookings
If you have already contacted us (at info@re-manila.com or +63 9277141954), and we verified that there is an available apartment for
your requested dates,   you can now proceed with the booking.

This page will setup a paypal payment of 10,000 Pesos. After clicking PAY NOW, you will be redirected to paypal servers:

If you don't have a paypal account, there's no need to open one:
Once on the paypal server, just click on the left part of the screen over Continue where you will be able to use Visa, Mastercard, or
American Express.   As the following example:
Fill in spaces below and click over Pay 10,000 Php  to be redirected to paypal server.
Enter Tenant's name
Enter arrival (move in) date
Useful notes:

If your full name doesn't fit the space here, don't worry, use surname and nickname,
you will have extra space further on, during the procedure, to indicate your full name.

If the owner of the credit card and the tenant are two different persons, please advice us with a follow-up email.
To put a reservation for any of our units, we ask for 10'000 pesos.

You will receive an acknowledgment receipt as soon as we receive the money,
and when you will move in, this 10'000 pesos will be deducted from the
amount of your rent.

There are 4 options to place this reservation:

If you are in the country (or you have a relative/friend who lives in Manila):
- By hand, meeting us at property.
- By bank direct deposit or fund transfer, to any of our HSBC, Banco De Oro,
BPI or PNB trusted bank accounts.

If you are abroad:
- By Remittance:  Using any of the branches of Philippine banks abroad.
- By credit card, through Paypal service.

- We offer the possibility to close the deal locally,
by visiting us at the property
(Beware of those who doesn't offer this)

- We offer credit card bookings
(beware of those who offer only remittance or
money transfer as a method of payment)

- Our credit card reservation system is enhanced by
Paypal, so we will never know your credit card details

- You are browsing a ".com" website
(a scammer will most likely use a website located in
a country where it could last longer than in a ".com"
environment)

- We keep on collecting positive feedbacks from our
tenants and we aim to collect one from you as well!
